Please note that all deliveries are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Delivery Window: We offer two delivery windows. One from 6 AM to 9 AM and one from 6 PM to 9 PM. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may cause slight delays.
Service Area: Delivery is available only within the specified regions of North Georgia, Metro Atlanta, and Greater Atlanta. Please refer to our delivery map for exact coverage.
Order Requirements: Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Our trays may contain allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and others. We do not guarantee allergen-free products. Please contact us with any concerns prior to placing your order.
Non-Refundable: Once an order is placed, it is non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to deliver due to factors within our control.
Delivery Responsibility: Once delivered, the tray and its contents are your responsibility. Please handle with care and enjoy safely.
